Going for a walk can sometimes work wonders and that was how I felt as I wrote this scene. The main character, Evie had been on an emotional roller-coaster by chapter five and this scene offered the reader an insight of what Evie is like as well as described some of the events that made her into who she is at this point.
The description of these locations are actually a combination of communities where I have spent some of my time and are dear to me.
